Prian.ru subscribers receive the opportunities to:

Also two special types of subscription are available on the portal:

1. Consultant. The Subscription does not imply property listing. It is designed for market professionals, specializing on the legal advice, support of transactions, assistance in obtaining loans, property management, etc. If you select the “Consultant” subscription, the name of your company will appear in the Catalogue of Companies, you would gain access to the property search requests submitted by our visitors.
2. Property Owner. This type of Subscription is designed for private persons wishing to sell their property. Choosing the “Property Owner” type of subscription you would only be able to list one property unit on our Portal.

Such kind of commercials is chosen by pragmatic realtors, whose aim is to speed up sale of a particular property.

In order to place your ads in the «Special Offers» section, your company should be registered on the site and the property that you plan to dispose in special offers should be entered in property data base on prian.ru.

Not more than 10 offers are available in the special offers section. All properties are rotated, that means that each property’s location in the section constantly changes.

• If you want to gain attention of the users interested in purchasing real estate in a particular country to your property, we suggest placing your ad in the «special Offers» section, on the pages, devoted to a particular country.
• If you wish to gain attention of maximum potential clients to your property, your choice is placing them in the «Special Offers» section on the common pages of the site, not sorted out by countries.

1. In order to provide calculation of transfers from flash-banners by the Internet –commercial control system it is important to place a button in the upper level.
2. You need to point a link in the getURL command as _root.link1. It is the name of a variable, so it should be without inverted commas. There is no need to point the new meaning of the variable – the Internet –commercial control system will do this automatically. If you do not follow this rule, the Internet –commercial control system can not calculate the transfers to the advertiser’s site.
3. The Window parameter should be only "_blank", for opening the advertised site in a new window.
4. So the following action should be written on the flash-banner button:

5. Banners, which contain direct links, are not accepted for placement on the site.
6. It is also important to provide a *.gif surrogate, which will be exposed to the users, who are not able to view the flash –banners.
7. The format of banners is *.gif, or *.jpg, they should not exceed 30 kb, flash-banners- 50 kb.
8. The placement is not possible in case you do not follow any of the technical requirements.
