Requirements: 140x90 pixels image size, 40 character-long slogan and a click-through link that leads directly to the website (the page with a property description) or on the property’s page on the Prian.ru portal.

Each ad-space represents a picture (image size: 79x53 pixels), 35 character-long slogan and a link that may lead to your website or your property listed on the Prian.ru portal.
Banner
If you do not have a pre-made banner, our designers will be glad to create a new banner specifically for you. Otherwise, consider the following requirements:
1. Dimensions of the banners #1, #3, and the “Topical” banner: 200x280 (200 – width, 280 – height). Banner #4 – 176x179. Size of the banner viewed in the search results: 585x90.
2. In order to calculate clickthroughs from the flash-banners with systems of web-advertising management button should be placed in the top layer of the banner.
3. A link in the “getURL” command should specified as “_root.link1”. This is a variable name, and therefore must be entered without quotes. You do not need to specify the variable – the system of web-advertising management will handle this for you. If you will not comply to this rule, the online system of web-advertising management will not be able to calculate the number of clickthroughs.
4. The “Window” parameter should be set as “_blank”, for your website to open in a new tab.
5. Thus, the following action should be set in a button of a flash-banner (action):
