American rock-star has purchased à mansion in «horse country»
Famous American rock-musician Bruce Springsteen has bought a mansion in New Zealand capital for $4,6 million.
Private residence of total 550 square meters in Wellington has 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Its surrounding area is about 0,65 acres. The mansion is located within International Equestrian Center (professional horse-riding club) where the Winter Equestrian Festival is held from January through March. According to , Jessica Springsteen, Bruce’s 15-year old daughter is engaged in horseracing and as a competitive rider.
According to Carol Coleman, who has been a resident of Equestrian Club Estates for nine years, the mansion is not the first Springsteen's acquisition in Wellington. The first one was bought in June for $3,1 million.
