Apartment sales have increased in Estonia

In February, the number of apartment transactions in the country has soared by 40%, compared to the preceding month.

The Postimees reports on this matter with reference to the data provided by the Estonian Land Department.

We would like to remind you that in January the number of transactions with apartments in Tallinn have declined, by 29.7% compared with December, according to the Pindi Kinnisvara company, while the average cost of a transaction has increased by 4.5%.
