On March, 23-25 the XIV Real estate Fair was held in Saint Petersburg. It has considerably grown since the last year and even had to move to another larger place of 10 000 sq.m - SCC (Sport and Concert Complex).

Within the bounds of the exhibition there was “Foreign Real Estate Showroom” dedicated to property in different countries, such as Bulgaria, Cyprus, Spain, Greece, Finland, Estonia, Czech, Montenegro, Egypt and many others. Showroom has grown 3 times because of great interest to foreign real estate among Russian buyers.

Over 70 foreign companies tookepart in the exhibition and  offered visitors various real estate objects. Among them there were properties under construction and ready objects on resorts, apartments and flats in cities and towns, villas and cottages, elite real estate, and also commercial property and "ready business".

Potential buyers got acquainted with representatives of various companies personally, asked them questions on procedure of real estate purchase, and also participated in seminars.
