Georgia attracts Arabian developers

Real estate developer Rakeen from the UAE will invest $1,5 billion in three projects in Georgia.

Currently, Rakeen from Ras Al Khaimah is developing 200,000 sq. m residential and business complex, called “Tbilisi Heights”, as well as the business and entertainment centre in the capital of Georgia – Tbilisi.

Also, Rakeen purchased Sheraton Metekhi Palace hotel in Tbilisi. It costs $67,5 mln.
